Abbi Slaton is an associate attorney, handling mainly family law cases for the firm, including divorce, paternity, child support, DHS matters, and more.
Abbi’s legal experience before joining the firm includes five years at the Cleveland County District Attorney’s Office, handling misdemeanors, felonies, domestic violence, and child abuse and neglect cases. Abbi has years of experience in both bench trials and jury trials, and other various types of court appearances and hearings.
Abbi received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, where she studied psychology and sociology. She then received her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she was the Managing Editor of the American Indian Law Review and the Problem Writing Director for the Board of Advocates.
Abbi was born and raised in Navasota, TX, and is married with one son.
