Biography

Elton Jenkins is a life long resident of Oklahoma. His main office is located near the Cleveland County Courthouse in Norman, Oklahoma. However, he has worked in most of the counties in Oklahoma. Elton has worked as a trial attorney for over 21 years. During that 21 years he has had over 4000 felony case and countless misdemeanors. For 12 years he was responsible for one third of the major crimes on the Indigent Defense contract in Cleveland County. Prior to becoming a trial attorney, Elton earned a degree in Elementary Education and worked as a tennis instructor. Elton's practice reflects his experience. He has spoken at the University of Oklahoma Law School on the issues of ethics and the practice of law. Elton has successfully represented clients on the most difficult of cases, including murder, robbery and sex crimes. He also has represent numerous clients on misdemeanors, including DUI, possession of drugs and domestic abuse.
